Brilliant hotel

Pool hours were limited, kids would have liked to swim in the evening after a day of sightseeing in hot weather. We thought we had booked a stay including breakfast (which is partly why we chose this location), however they said it wasn't included and we had to pay extra. That was a bummer. Hotel overall was clean and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Very nice hotel

We booked through you a king size room. We were told they don't have any. They gave us two twin beds room. The way I see it. We should get a full refund.

Lovely hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff not very friendly, made us feel like we were bothering them when we encountered an issue with our AC.

The amazing staff, especially Valentino in the bar and Andrea at the gift shop. We were treated like friends not customers. Highly recommend this simple but lovely place. Oh, and the cats, loved the cats!

Very nice, upscale property.

The room was very clean and all have balconys - tennis court view is best, very quiet. The staff were wonderful as was the spa (hidden gem), the food was very good and outdoor pool large, lovely, a bit cool but refreshing. Nice gift shop, not high end items. Piano bar is very relaxing. A few things could be improved - carpets aging (there are rooms with wood floors), buffet breakfast is abundant and there are a la cart items. Food elsewhere in hotel is 4 stars, breakfast only 3 stars. but was included in room charge The hotel does not have a full on Italian feel as it is a N.A. chain, but large rooms are very nice. One request as disabled person, is for a safer and easier swimming pool ladder for pool exit.
