很好 There were two days our room did not get cleaned! Both days there were notes left saying that our "Do not disturb" sign was posted on the door which was not true for either day! The last night there was a knock on our door at 9:30pm offering water and Chocolates! We were already in bed as we had an early morning flight! Seemed like an odd time to be knocking on doors!

满意 Property is older and not well maintained. Service was the same service you can expect at any other hotel in the mid level range. Rooms were spacious but clearly outdated and needed some work.

超赞 Love the location and how easy it is to get to French Quarter sites. The particular room I had (a very comfortable suite) could use a good deep clean - orange stains on the carpets, scale build up on the glass shower doors, as well as a broken bathroom door handle. Staff are always very friendly and helpful.
