Great hotel and great access to the convention centre for conferences. The area does not feel the safest or greatest, so having the overpass tunnel between the hotel and meetings was a great bonus. I imagine this would also be appreciated in the winter months. Designated hotel parking spots are very limited so most visitors used other spots within the same lot. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Hallway smelled like wet dog. The bar lounge hardly feels like a bar - could use an aesthetic upgrade and some dimmer lighting. All else was great ! Spacious modern room and very comfy bed that was neither too hard nor too soft.

The room is clean & spacious. A/C worked well. Bathroom: exhaust fan would be very helpful to add, toilet seat loose.
Third floor rooftop: pool is very nice & well kept. The patio is nice but needs some greenery, sort of shade & some new furniture (one of the couch seats is broken).
