Nicely designed room with small kitchenette, but room smelled terrible, and no service to clean in the six days I was onsite. Not recommended

great location, small bathroom. quiet. did not really interact with staff. grocery store next door

Room was clean and tidy , and location was great For the price I would recommend this hotel for a night or 2 in Brisbane

Waited 20min to check-in, as there was no front staff to be found anywhere. The room was very nice with really good views. Parking was very tricky.

Disappointed that the spa only worked one day out of the week we were there

Clean room. A/c failed on first night. They moved us and refunded the room. There are no photos of the shower which is over a bath tub in every room. For someone with mobility issues this was very hard and when in the bath it was slippery. Far from ideal. If I had known that I had to step into a bath I would not have booked it.

The room was excellent and the staff were welcoming, friendly and provided an excellent service.

We were booked in twice and had 3 calls to see if we still needed our booking after we were in our room for 6 hours

OK place, parking is extremely difficult on site due to narrowness of parking garage

Check in staff were fabulous so energetic and fast and helpful. Room was as requested and described. Hot tub/spa pool was cold but nice in the heat no bubbles though. Car park was a bit rough to navigate with structural poles to dodge. No staff at check out so just did key drop, after waiting 15 mins with a few other rooms of people waiting to do the same.
