查汶丽晶海滩度假村 (Chaweng Regent Beach Resort)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Excellent stay and near all the amenities

Great area with lots of activity outside the gates and a quiet sanctuary inside the gates.

The Staff was awesome until the checkin. After that some of them were just o.k. there are lot of mosquitoes in the room as the shower have opening to the back. Breakfast was very low level, and breakfast staff are the worse. Not helpful not polite at all, feels unwelcome. Food was not fresh and not much options. Food at the pool was good, and pools and beach access are great! Don't spend on breakfast and bring two mosquitoes repellers. Also we had a giant spiderin the room that was a scary situation. Beside that it's beautiful

Pleasant hotel on beach, rooms spacious, WiFi poor, staff very friendly

Clean room and the staff is so respectful and helpful

Motel style rooms are dated. Staff excellent. Breakfast was good. Spa was good but expensive

Room was in an excellent location, close to pool, breakfast and beach. Clean, well appointed and comfortable; a speacial shout out to Meow, our housekeeper. She was amazing, very polite and always made sure our room was spotless! We stayed in a spa villa verses the Deluxe Pool Room we normally choose; we like this room better. We love the Chaweng Regency location as it makes getting around easy. We like the gated parking and either rent a car or scooter and allowing us get to anywhere on the island while staying centrally in a resort that we love. The staff are always wonderful. The beach is our favorite and thw views are always great.

Everything was very good

Room was spotless and all amenities were working well. Only downside was that it was slightly small for a family of 4, but not a big issue. The one thing that stands outs more than anything is the amazing customer service. The resort was great and in the perfect location for nearby restaurants, bars and shopping centres and markets.

Staff are amazing, clean room, great amenities, great location.
