Every staff member went above and beyond to help and support. Special shout out to Sadiqu for kindness he showed when I shared i was staying there because it was part of my 60th Birthday gift. The location of the hotel is great for a plethora of places to visit, sightseeing and places to eat and shop. We had a meal at Min Jiang restaurant on the 10th floor, so the views were lovely. I had the duck that everyone in the hotel recommend. 1/2 a duck cost £56 but it was worth every penny. Thank you to May for being so patient, kind and friendly towards us. She also gave me a special birthday dessert. The only negative was the extremely steep drive down to the car park which is down a narrow steep continual spiral slope, but at least we had secure parking. Apart from this, there are no complaints. We had a standard room, which was very small because the bed was so big but we had an upgrade to a room that was brilliant. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for a fantastic start to my 60th Birthday countdown.

Excellent service and wonderful 3 day stay. The staff were so amazing on entry. We managed an upgrade which was not expected. Very helpful check in process. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, drapes very effective, modern plug ins, and very nice bathroom. We had an adjoining room with family and that was fantastic. Third floor but did not note any street noise. Slept very well. The breakfast buffet was brilliant with lots of great, fresh choices and also efficient for getting on with your day. Great location for shopping, restaurants, seeing the area, and getting access to the subway if needed. If you happen to be seeing a performance at Albert Hall, I recommend making a reservation at Da Mario's in Kensington and taking the ten minute walk there before the show. You'll be right there after dinner. Anyway, absolutely no complaints. Great way to end our trip. Hope to return. Many thanks to the staff!

Clean and nice staff

Spotlessly clean room, comfortable room with views across Kensington Gardens to the city beyond. A refreshing and welcoming oasis conveniently located for Kensington High Street, the Palace and wider sights.

I picked this hotel as I noticed it has VIP access and offer 25% discount on food. Tempted to try the Asian restaurant for a family gathering. I did received an Expedia VIP coupon with 25% discount. However, the condition was not valid for breakfast, lunch, tea, coffee or parties of 8+. And could only be used in the Origin restaurant. I doubt whether the hotel genuinely cares to offer incentives to Expedia/ Hotel.com guests. The check in experience was not particularly good. I approached the reception with my identification card ready. The staff had a glance and told me he could not find my booking. Questioned me when did I make the booking, so I gave to do a search on the booking apps to show him. He did not explain why he could not find my booking initially. The staff attitude was cold and impolite. I tried to enquire about would they normally upgrade Hotel.com Platinum member should there be availability. The staff answered “No”. Though I am a Platinum member for the past six years, I was never treated an upgrade so I understand upgrade incentive is always a joke. However I was still astonished by this staff straight forward honesty. The Royal Deluxe room I booked offer a beautiful view of the Kensington Park. Bed is comfortable. Amenities are minimal. I have to ask for a desktop mirror for doing makeup. Praise goes to the bell service. They were really helpful and take care of the guests.

All staff very helpful however we had no hot water and the Chinese restaurant was closed Overall good if no issues with gas leak

No hot water for3 days ..,,and not a lot of information supplied. Just a letter pushed under the door ..,,,

The hotel was amazing, clean, well located and the staff was super helpful. Adan in concierge was extremely nice and helpful during our stay! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast buffet was fantastic as well!

Staff were excellent. They upgraded my room when I told them I was getting married. And they were very supportive when we had questions.
