Beautifully elegant room. Staff was polite and welcoming, and spoke great English. The proximity to the subway station made the trip very convenient!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located, with friendly staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious and quiet, and the amenities were well maintained. Check-in was smooth, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The bar service was disappointing due to limited stock. After selecting a beer from the menu, we were told only one bottle was available in the entire building. We then tried to order sparkling wine, only to be told that was out of stock as well. It was frustrating to see a full menu but have so few of the items actually available for purchase.

Worst Sheraton I have experienced so far. Strong smell of smoke in the corridor and room, I contacted the staff several time and they only apologies but they didn’t solve the problem. As result I had to passively accept the unpleasant stay for 3 days. In addition, the room aircon does not allow manual set up so I had to stay all the time with 26degrees, that made th sleep very unpleasant. Definetly not recommended, Sheraton must do better

Very well maintained property. Convenient location with a lot of dining options. Great sized rooms for families and wonderful heated pool.

Went in September. Hotel had control air-con central unit. So can’t adjust the temperature much. Can consider a decent hotel for China compare to others. Staff were friendly when approach.

The front desk representative keep me waiting for more than 3 hours to get a room. I have booked a suite, and she said she will call me to let me know when the room is ready, I waited from 2:10 pm to 5:30 pm , she still has not called. When I check back with front desk again , I was told she has gone for the day, and the room is available and nobody was calling. That is the worse experience I have ever have.
