I have stayed at numerous Thompson hotels over the years, and this property felt Tired and a few steps below the quality of the brand - felt more similar to a lower tier Hyatt than Thompson brand.
Unfortunately, would not recommend it. Our unit also had a window that looked directly into a concrete wall 15 ft away - very weird.
Good location

Very good stay. Comfortable clean room and no issues of note. Courteous staff and helpful. Well sited - close to all things downtowns Seattle stadium. Will stay here again.

一般 Really poor experience. In town for the World Cup- no coffee service until 6a while staff is just browsing internet. Additionally, the nest was opened to anyone. So not only to busy for guests to enjoy, but also elevator was insane wait for paying guests. The staff were quite rude considering $900/ nightly rate. Would never stay at this hotel again. I feel like Hyatt should pay me to stay at the Thompson Seattle. No quality control whatsoever. Received better service from Holiday Inn Express.
