Perfectly fine. Used it as a base for a gig. Have to admit, after reading prior reviews I was a little worried about what I was going to find, but actually not an issue at all. It was very warm, but that was the time of the year. Room was clean & functional. Check in colleague was very informative and it felt safe. No issues, and to be frank it was the cheapest room I could find, so wasn't looking for the Ritz. I was in the room for all of about six hours, but no problems at all.

Apartment was disgusting. Very dirty and smelly. Kitchen bin was over blowing had lots of insects surrounding it. The room was tiny the table in the room was broken, the entire room smelled of cigarettes and the window barely opened to her air in. Ended up leaving couldn’t spend the night. Very terrible experience.

It was pleasant stay.

They charged me 50 GBP for caution money. But still didn't reimbursed.

The hotel looks

It's ok. Not amazing, not awful. Hot small room with no fan, had to ask for safety window catch to be removed to open the window more for some air. No problem for the staff, did it straight away. Matress not great but all in all managed to sleep so wasn't a deal breaker. Centrally located between Ilford and Barking stations for access

They sent us to another hotel but i was more like a 1 star motel. Staff was very friendly but this is not how hotel business works.

Lovely stay, nice and corteous stsgf but parking was a pain

Terribly managed hotel.

Went to check in, filled out the form with the correct ID. Moved onto the damage deposit and the receptionist didn’t have the facilities to use Apple Pay. Therefore leaving us stranded in the middle of London just before a show at the 02. Don’t use this hotel the receptionist and service is shocking there was no compromises and left us stranded in the city of London.
