Oaks Brisbane River City Suites

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Biggest issue was the noise. We where not informed when booking that there would be 24 hours of non stop construction noise. Totally unacceptable noise level. Literally could not sleep the 3 nights. Feeling reluctant to book with Expedia in future.

Staff were great, room was clean and not worn out. Only issue we had was wifi kept dropping out in the evening.

Apartment outdated and in need of upgrade, toilet seat broken, had to pay $49 for one night parking when I thought it was included

Great location. Very spacious 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment that I shared with a friend visiting from London. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely room. Awesome location. Amazing views. Would definitely stay here again. Very family friendly.

When we checked in at the Oaks River City Suites we were told that we had been upgraded from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment. When we got up to our apartment on the 27th floor. Our apartment was right above the Albert Street Train Station construction site. For the next two nights we put up very loud grinding and banging noses that keeped us up until 4AM and the noise then commenced again at 6AM. After two nights we went down to Reception and explained what we were putting up with and we were very blessed that we were able to move to another apartment on the over side of the building where it was a lot quieter than our original apartment. The Oaks River City apartments are located very close to Brisbane Queen Street Mall, The supermarket, Lots of yummy restaurants, Brisbane attractions and Public Transport network. Overall we would stay at Oaks River City Suites again.

Great location. Handy to shopping.
