斯塔克斯可可尼酒店 (Cocoon München Stachus)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

A beautifully and uniquely designed hotel room that did feel like a literal cocoon. I was comfortable throughout my stay, happy to have a cozy bed and a functional desk, and a good, strong shower. Ideal location, too. Highly recommend this hotel and would gleefully stay here again.

Clean and beautiful rooms! Had no problems

The hotel was unique, relaxing, and had a fun vibe! Room's were spacious and the shower had a rain head option. Cocoon chairs were fun. Staff were very helpful with all of our needs. Unfortunately our room's ventilation system wasn't working so it got really hot.

Friendly staff and clean rooms

Love the location, attention of the staff, and cleaning

Renovation next door started huge noice at 8am, woke me up and could not go back to sleep at all. Disappointed.

They are in the middle of remodeling. The location is not the safest for tourists. We received a room without AC and could not keep the window open due to people yelling and screaming on the street. We received another room the next day, but it was extremely small and should have been for one person not more. Breakfast is extremely expensive and not worth the price. My sister paid the same amount and received a huge room on the top floor, so I was disappointed to receive such a small one. The person at the front desk seemed confused and it was hard to communicate. This is definitely not made for families.

Great location and price. Would stay there again. Great value

Visited during heatwave and had issue with air conditioning not working properly. Problem rectified quickly after reporting to reception staff, who also offered another room - also in an alternative hotel - as initially thought maintenance staff may not be available straight away. Was also advised to that I could write to hotel management if not satisfied and ask for a refund. That qualifies as good service for me.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was within easy walking distance to the HBF and old town. The only thing I would say was a negative was in the hallway to our room they had several mattresses and bed frames leaning against the wall. I’m assuming they were overhauling some rooms. This really wasn’t an issue other than it made the hallway a bit cluttered. I would definitely recommend a stay here as it is just as nice as the larger chain hotels with more charm and a much better price.
