By all means, it is a cute hotel right in the middle of many attractions that are just walking distance away. We were told hotels in this chain are themed and this one about books and literature. You will see lots of books all around the facility. Breakfast was ok - didn't see much of a variety but you can always get a better option just walking a few steps. Staff were very friendly and accomatibg. One of the best feature is with a click of a button they can get you a taxi within 5 min. It can be hard to find taxis from other streets depending on the day and time. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel Our greatest appreciation for the staff - please keep up the great work and your wonderful smiles - you made us feel very welcomed!

Very good breakfast and gentlemen staff !

The location was amazing. The hotel is located in the older, romantic part of the city. Walking old narrow streets lined with an unlimited variety of outdoor cafes, bakeries, and paella restaurants. The area had a quaint, unhurried vibe we loved going out in the evenings and soaking up the local culture. The locals were very helpful and friendly. The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean property and reasonable price for the breakfast buffet. However, the space is a bit cramped. And there are no shelves to store our clothes and personal staff. And whats with the bathroom door? Why do European hotels have this half door covering the shower? It does half the job - by the time you are done showering the bathroom floor is wet and there are not enough towels to dry the floor. This is actually a safety hazard as guests could slip on the wet floor. And there are not enough hooks nor racks/bar to dry the towel. How do they expect guests to dry them?

The staff was very kind and accommodating and the location was perfect for all the sight-seeing we wanted to do. Our room smelled funny, kind of like sewage, and there were an abundance of fruit flies. This was made worse by the fact that there wasn’t a separate bathroom, but rather a sink, shower, and toilet room attached to the bedroom. The attached/exposed sink made it more difficult to ignore the fruit flies, as they were in our sleeping space. As mentioned above, the staff was very kind, and moved us to another room when I explained the situation. Unfortunately, the second room also smelled and had fruit flies. The difference was that it has a separate bathroom, so we could at least close the door and keep them away from the sleeping area.

Great location for exploring Seville. Hotel was well decorated (colourful and tasteful) and the staff were friendly. Standard continental buffet breakfast, which was fine.

Its an old building but with a lot of personality. Very nice vibe. Close to the historic city . Love it

Great locations, with a clean well equipped room, would definitely stay again. 😁
