We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Nusa Dua! The family suite was spacious, and they had added a rollaway bed for our third child. Bathrooms were very clean. Balcony with pool and sea view was fabulous - watched the sunrise a few mornings from there. Breakfast buffet was huge, with all the options you could want. The pools were great for everyone: Lots of space to swim and play and our youngest liked the kids pool with slide and bucket. Food at pool bar was delicious and good options for lunch. Kids loved the air hockey and ping pong and the hotel was safe for them to go there and play by themselves. Activities on offer were also fab: The free cycling tour to where the Waterblow is was our favourite! We hired the bikes a few times after that to head to Bali Collection and other places. Also did stone painting and aqua aerobics, great fun. Best of all were the staff though: Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really got to know you to serve you as best as possible! Huge thanks to Surya and Pap from the pool/activity desk for the great time, we loved catching up with them every day! And thanks to the lovely ladies at the breakfast check-in too! We’d def recommend the hotel to anyone going to the area!

Everything was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The pools are waist high so great for small children. There is a waterslide that my youngest really enjoyed.

Hotel was lovely but had major renovations to the pools with spoilt the experience. Feel we should have been told about renovations when booking. On saying this the staff and breakfast was excellent. Good location with nice coastal walk into Nusa Dua centre. Mariane on front desk was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

Friendly staff, clean room and easy access to the beach

Dirty beach given its location. One pool is under renovation. Unreasonable priced hotel transfer between cruise terminal and hotel. A bit away from popular attractions.
