Very unique experience to stayed in this hotel, close to everything, beautiful view and great hotel staff. Highly recommended to everyone who visits Melbourne! Cheers 👍😊

Our second stay here, our room was ready when we arrived early which was great. A little mix up with the beds requested nut this was fixed immediately. Reception was very busy when we arrived and the staff seemed a little frazzled. Room very clean and comfortable. We choose this accommodation for location and ease for getting around Melbourne CBD

Great value and central location. Older facilities although super clean.

Shower was a bit noisy and water accumulated out of the shower

Room was for twin accommodation but was made up as one bed. Took 6 hours for housekeeping to separate beds. Lifts were slow with several sporting teams staying there. Other than those small annoyances, it was perfect. Great location. Comfy beds. Good shower. Would stay there again.

Lovely staff, so friendly&Helpful. A lift from lower ground to lobby was good for my sore knee but then breakfast is down a flight of stairs. Very small room but beautiful for the history of the building. Couldn't be closer for theatres, tram& station.

I thought this was a great stay at a relatively low price, and it even included a tasty buffet breakfast. The room wasn't huge, but it was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Would 100 percent stay here again.

Staff excellent, check in easy. Room size good, bathroom slightly awkward. Overall good value for money.

The breakfast was very good value for money .the bar was good to we got a bottle of fizzy in are room on arrival

all was good until we went to have breakfast. i was well aware that i was going to pay for my breakfast but the lady that was taking room numbers while walking into the area for breakfast said it load enough for all to hear that because we did not book to include breakfast that we would have to pay for it. both me and my husband were so embarressed and humiliated that we walked out. Also our room for the four days that we were there was never vacumed. I mentioned this to the front desk on day 2.
