This hotel was much closer to the train station that I had first thought. Clean and welcoming. Luca was very friendly and polite. He stored our bags until our room was ready. He informed us about local places to eat etc and marked on the map. He told us we had been given a free upgrade with a city view and balcony. The view was the highlight, wow!! The only downside was that the room was so noisy!! The trams run very late through the night and make so much noise. At first we thought it was the trains but defijitely the trams which run by the hotel. This was an issue the first night but our 2nd night, we were so exhausted we slept through most of it. The room itself was basic but clean. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel is probably not for you. But having said all that, it was convenient for the station and walkable to the centre, very close by. Breakfast was nice too, plenty choices.

Honestly no complaints, the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again in the future

The room they gave us is with balcony so u can see the beautiful view of florence and the mountains. It is a very busy area. Breakfast is served and lots to choose fron. i met Ronald ( waiter) and he was amazing. Love to go back and stay here again. The receptionist are very nice and welcoming people.

This hotel is steps away from the train station and close to main attractions. The breakfast was excellent! They let us store our luggage after a check out so we could explore the city before our late train which was very helpful.

We had a great stay here. A great location close to the city centre (about 10 min walk) and the property was clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. A bonus was the free breakfast which had a typical European breakfast and self service coffee machines! We would definitely come back.

The location of this hotel is the best. Right across the street from Alamanni side of train station. I didn't take the bus or tram during my stay but they are right outside if you need it. It was very easy to walk everywhere from this location. Even though the listing says rooms are soundproof, if you are on the side by train station, you will hear the trains and people outside. I brought earplugs and it was fine. The AC works amazingly well, it got too cold at one point. The single room was very clean and plenty of room. You can't beat the price and location of this hotel, you also get free breakfast and it was a pretty decent selection. I would definitely here again

BREAKFAST WAS OKAY.WASHROOMS ARE VERY SMALL .OVERALL GOOD.

We checked in the night prior, and when making the bed the next day found two stains at the end of our bed; that appeared to have been attempted to be hidden under the sheets. Upon finding the stains we took pictures and went to complain to the front desk. Front desk relayed this to house keeping, who then accused us of making the stain, citing that it was “wet”. We told the front desk they can go to the room with us, to feel the stain and see that it is not in fact wet. Whilst making our way to the room we saw a cleaner leave the room with a spray bottle, and another cleaner inside reiterating that the stains were wet. Front desk checked the stains and saw that clearly they were not wet as housekeeping had said. Even after this the cleaner still insisted on the stain being caused by us, we told them that they’re free to look around the room and through our belongings to see that nothing we had could have caused it. At which point they said sorry, and that they will change all of the sheets over. What started as a genuine concern about hygiene, turned into a horrible nightmare of defending ourselves for something that we had not done, and should not have happened in the first place. In all customer service, and the cleaning is very poor and you would expect far better from a facility considered a hotel. In fairness, the next day staff was very apologetic and offered us a bottle brut. Regardless wouldn’t recommend this place
