The apartment is loud because it sits in the middle of the city, making the location very good for restaurants, the tube, and attractions. The AC was not working, making it feel stuffy. The bathroom sink was very slow draining and the bathroom floor was cracked and had mold in places. The kitchen and coffee were nice. Bedding was good, but without a flat sheet a bit worrisome that the comforter may not be washed between all guests?? Very nice and accommodating staff and great option to store bags prior to/after check in/out.

Good stay and enjoyed the location

great location, spacious rooms, lots of restaurants/bars minutes away. Only issue is the lift is out of service pending a new one, if you have heavy bags could be a problem although the staff were very helpful and aided me with carrying the bags with me up the stairs. Friendly service. Would stay again

I booked this hotel since it was less expensive than most hotels and it had a desk and room to do work. But the rooms were cold, smelling of fresh paint, ugly, and absolutely horrendously furnished. It was like they had furnished the place to make it impossible to use with any comfort. Terrible lighting, no bed lamp, the coffee maker didn’t work, charmless everything. Looks much worse than the photos. I ended up working from coffee shops instead. The only redeeming quality for this hotel is how close it is to Liverpool Pool Street Station / Stansted AirPort Express. The staff is kind and helpful too.

When we checked in they didn't seem to have my reservation because I believe the hotel was bought out by a new company and the new company didn't show our room. However, they were extremely kind in rectifying the problem and even upgraded our room to an apartment room. The apartment was wonderful and clean and the bed was comfortable and had washer/dryer in the room. The staff was excellent at answering all questions and concerns. They are currently renovating the other rooms at this hotel. The lift was working as well. The place was right across from Liverpool Station and very convenient to everything. Very positive experience. I would stay here again.

We booked a family room for 4 guests, but that wasn’t available to had to have 2 double rooms at different sides of the building.

It was a very disappointing stay. upon arrival they did not have our reservation, desk clerk could not address the situation and he had to call India to have them handle the matter. Learned that two weeks prior the property had been taken over by another firm. When they did find the reservation they advised it was for five nights when in fact it was for six. They found a reservation for five nights, i had called back to them and added a sixth night that was booked as a one night reservation. The point is they did not have either of the confirmed reservations. When cleared up they advised we would remain in the flat we had for all 6 nights and then hours later they advised on the last night we had to move out and we were moved to two separate flats. We also learned they have a new rule you have to stay for 7 nights before they will give you cleaning services , so no daily cleaning. it was not a pleasant experience

Our room looked pout over the road and it was very noisy, especially at night

THis property has been sold and changeover occurred during my stay. Old staff were excellent, not sure how new staff will perform.
