璞富腾酒店及度假村克里斯托弗哥伦布酒店 (Hotel Cristoforo Colombo – Preferred Hotels & Resorts)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The air conditioning barely worked. The hotel pretended to fix but didn’t. It’s clearly an issue with the property that they try to cover up. The hot water was not working for 2 of 3 days. There were little black bugs in the bed. They claimed it was typical in summer in Milan. Not sure. The front desk was knowledgeable about the area and nice but it does not make up for the other issues. It’s in a fair shopping area with a subway very close that you can easily take to duomo and high end shopping.

We have stayed at this well located and comfortable hotel for many years. And we will continue to stay there as we like the staff and comfort.. Only problem this visit was the bathroom sink would not drain. However the hotel staff fixed it quickly after being told. Also the shower should have a non slip bath mat to avoid falls . We look forward to our next visit . Tim San Francisco

A very lovely stay, I highly recommend it!

If you travel with a dog to milan- this is an excellent option! Great amenities for dogs

Everything was very good, especially the staff but the air conditioning in our room did not operate properly on 2 of 3 nights. We had to call the maintenance personnel twice and once it was fixed and the second night it was already 0200 hours in the morning. The maintenance personnel fixed it but then the thermostat shutoff, we had the room card in the slot and the windows closed, very frustrating. I would appreciate a credit from the hotel for our inconvenience and frustration. Thank you Ramon Mendoza

Very beautiful Hotel & nice staff, the location is amazing

Great hotel! Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, restaurant Chianta downstairs is awesome! Great location as well!

Highly Recommend if you are visiting Milan. Location is convenient.

The staff for breakfast was the best I have ever seen!

Most everything about my stay at the Cristoforo Colombo was great. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless, the staff very friendly. It’s conveniently located to the M1 subway. And the central train station is a 25-minute walk or a very short cab ride away. I would gladly stay here again.
