Good: our bungalow was private and tucked away, quiet. Bed comfy
Bad: had to kill a cocroach in the wardrobe, fridge didnt work, paint on wall was coming off, the property needed a lot of TLC buy was clean.
Staff quite friendly, pool lovely, food mostly nice but sometimes cold. Loved the smoothies in the morning. Coffee good. Struggled to find tea spoons. Too many screaming kids, the restaurant could be split into 2 areas, one for adults only, the other area for families.
Healthy 7 out of 10.

满意 Room felt damp and mould on back on wardrobe door (clothes left in wardrobe all smelt by end of the week), misleading advice on gluten free food prior to arrival when phoned in advance and then told on arrival it should have been pre-booked.

Inside and around the bed was swarming with tiny insects. I had to wait until the next day to change room.
When reported to reception no apology for the inconvenience. Customer service was minimal. Not what I would expect for a 4 star resort.

From the moment I arrived I felt very welcomed and the staff couldn't do enough.
The bungalow I stayed in was sublime - everything I needed and more...and approx 10 steps to the pool on one side, and 10 steps to the beach on the other side.
My return flight wasn't until 9pm, and check-out is at 12 noon - however, they allow you to use the facilities and even have a shower and changing room so that you could freshen up after the day and before leaving for your flight - what a bonus!
They also ordered the most perfect week of weather! LOL LOL
AMAZING STAY - will definitely return!!!

Very nice see view, very good food. However there are multiple small things which need attention: deck outside was broken with screws sticking out (bit scarry when you travel with kid), faulty hairdryer, missing plug for hydromassage bath, sometimes houskeeping service did not left water or coffe capsulles and salty water in swimming pool (which we not expected)
