Great location,hotel is being refurbished, shower was disappointing very good but no shelf and tap control right in middle kept hitting g and altering temp and flow ,not well designed sadly.

The cleaning lady broke my iPad screen and dident say anything ,Who is goi g to paid it ????

Very clean room, staff exceptional, breakfast amazing !

Nice location, at the heart of Madrid. A little noisy, inside and out, just renovated. Good cost per value.

Location was wonderful! Staff was very kind and welcoming! Please give Veronica the lady in the dining room a raise, she was very kind and helpful with my kids , answering questions regarding the food options in the buffet. her warm and welcoming attitude made our stay more than pleasant! We will return to this hotel in our future.

Smelly bedroom should close them both. Since it was winter not air conditioning was on so it was that plus the smell. Should close 218 and 318 bedrooms definitely, not like the pictures shown in Hotel.com. I reserved 3 rooms and two of my families ended in this smelly hole in the back of the hotel near the Laundry room, that by the way need renewal too. I am sorry but we saved for this trip and is so disappointed to ended this way.
