Wonderful hotel

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The resort is beautiful however they do not serve alcohol, which I understand, but it was not clearly listed on the website when I booked. I had been sick during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, to get medicine delivered to my room to help me get in touch with a doctor. The customer service was extra extraordinary I would definitely return so that I could enjoy my stay without being sick

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful sea view room, which truly made my experience even more special. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a luxurious, relaxing atmosphere.The buffet was another highlight, there was an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the comfort to the service. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience.

orry our stay wasn’t ideal. Unfortunately, a few aspects didn’t meet expectations for a Sheraton standard. The room felt dated and not as well-maintained as we had hoped, and housekeeping was inconsistent during our stay. Service at times felt slow, even when they weren’t busy. The amenities were decent but not particularly well-managed — for example, the breakfast area became overcrowded and not promptly replenished. Overall, while the location was convenient, the experience lacked the level of attention to detail and service quality we would normally expect from this brand.
