Great room with excellent view. I enjoyed the free amenities. We were given two vouchers for desserts. Once downstairs we wanted to redeem them, but waited about 25 minutes after ordering them and no one ever came out; the hostess saw us waiting, but didn't acknowledge us...so we went back upstairs as we were already tired after a long walk. Other than that... we enjoyed our stay.

The property smelled so amazing as soon as we walked in, which was a plus. It didn’t take long to check in but as soon as we made it to our floor, something was a little off as far as cleanliness. There was trash and debris throughout the entire floor and a huge pile right in front of our room door. Our room was clean but when showering, the tub filled up so the drainage wasn’t working properly. Fast forward to the next morning: we were awakened by extremely loud banging or some type of construction going on that gave us the worst headaches and at that point, we were unable to go back to sleep. When we let the front desk know about this at check-in, Jann says “oh yeah, we had construction on that floor. Who checked you guys in?” Ummm…it was YOU!! So the fact that you knew this and gave us a room RIGHT NEXT TO THE CONSTRUCTION was absolutely ridiculous. Of course because I paid through Expedia, he said all he could adjust was our resort fees. I honestly think he could’ve done way more than that but of course, just our luck. Not sure I’d stay here again because I expect WAY more out of a 4-star hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Westin is a nice and clean hotel. Cheap, Close and walking distance to everything such as restaurants, train/tram, hotels with casinos and shopping areas.

Everyone was super helpful and resourceful. I felt safe and comfortable. Thank you.

Great place to stay.

Todo bien

Clean room nice and quiet, staff friendly and super helpful. Only 15 minutes walk to sphere which was perfect . Definitely stay with them again.

Close to and walkable to everything. Quiet, clean and friendly staff. Kudos to Front desk Janjan. or Jam Jam .His very friendly, helpful and accommodating

Functional hotel. Clean and up to date. Nothing special to call out though it did the job it was supposed to do. Location just off the strip and easy to reach most places of interest in Vegas.
