Property was stolen, staff didn't notify of the areas dangers until after the fact.

The room was very spacious for central Paris. Comfortable bed but very soft pillows. Good storage space but the in room safe wasn’t fastened down so not massively secure. The room would have benefited from better lighting especially where the safe is. Phone torch needed to see into it! Our room 601 was on the top floor and next to the lift mechanism which was quite noticeable and noisy later in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is quite rare in French hotels. We had breakfast once which was plentiful with a reasonable choice. Two major complaints would be that the hotel took a security deposit of 25% of the total stay which was unexpected and took over 24 hours to be returned after checkout and secondly the taxis ordered from the hotel were ridiculously expensive compared to metered taxis (60€ to go out and only 20€ for the return journey!!). Had it not been for these issues I would definitely recommend it. Location is good and very close to both Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est.

Room was very clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices.

Fab hotel 5 minutes walk from gare du nord and gard est. Easy check in, I'd asked for a first floor room but was allocated 4th floor. Helpful lady on reception quickly changed it and gave me ground floor room. It was spacious and clean. Water, teas and coffee were provided. Breakfast was plentiful, with yogurt, fruit, cheese, meats, salmon, pastries, bread, jams and cooked hot foods. I didn't use the spa but it looked fine. I'd definitely want to stay here again for the location, which has great transport links nearby.

The whole experience in staying in this hotel is the best. Rooms are clean, there is no issues found. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts have everything you want or like. The hotel is located at the nicest place in Paris, easy for transport and meals. We will be staying there again in the future.

In general a good place. The only isue with us was thst the room was supossed to have a small balcony. It did but you could not open the windows. Wish we knew that before booking. Having a balcony was important to us so .. That was a bit of a let down

Very nice and comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. We wanted to stay near Gare du Nord and this was a great option. On a quiet side street and close to many restaurants and a covered market. Staff were very helpful.

The WiFi is awful. It barely works downstairs but doesn’t work at all in the rooms. We had a suite and it was quite small. The shower is impossible to take one and not get the majority of the tiny bathroom floor soaked. The staff was helpful but the gentleman in the bar at night had terrible body odor. The location near train stations is ideal for local travel via subways and other travel by train.

Very good staff

While I was there, I had $300 € stolen by another guest!! The night clerk wanted nothing to do with the matter.. the room was way too cramped and uncomfortable. The balcony is even more ridiculously smaller. The rooms are barely suitable for one person. The breakfast was not free. It was definitely lacking quality
