If I had a single regret in my stay here, it is the fact that I cant give a 6 Star Review. in my 60 times around the sun, I have at a myriad of accomodations across the globe. Some have definitely been 5 star, and the service and facilities have been perfect. However, what the do not have have, and what the Intercontinental Bali has an abundance of, is the Balinese Soul. When you arrive in Bali, you are acutely aware that these are some of the happiest people in the world. The same can be said of the ITC Bali. Every member of their team clearly live what they do, are proud of where they work and, importantly are an incredible representation of Bali. Every service provided by the ITC Bali team is done with patience and sincerity. Nothing is too much trouble, and Team Members like Antara in the Club Intercontinental are perfect ambassadors of not only the Hotel but the Islamd its self. You are spoilt for choice from 4 magnificent restaurants, and their are a multitude of Pools to choose from, including one Adults only. The facilities are modern but with an old world charm, and the same can be said for the rooms. Botanical gardens to walkthrough on a moonlit night coupled with the Golden Sands of the beach makes this the perfect stay to nourish the soul and ease the heart. This is my first visit and and it won't be my last. In fact I have some leave coming up in November, and no need to guess where I will be returning. May your travels lead you here one day.

A great spot for beach time in Bali! Convenient to the airport, spacious rooms, attentive staff, a nice long beach, and many pools. For me it was an ideal place to stay in Bali.

Beautiful location and really great staff. The manager was able to move us from a room with twin beds to a kitchen by bedroom on the third floor. Great view of the ocean and food options aplenty in the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Bali. The resort was incredibly serene and peaceful, providing the perfect environment to relax and unwind. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff, who were always warm, attentive, and responsive to any requests or questions. The team also organised seamless airport transfers, making the entire experience stress-free from arrival to departure. Their outstanding service, combined with the tranquil atmosphere, made for a memorable stay. I would gladly return and highly recommend this resort to others.

Loved our stay here. We did a Club benefit Family Suite and the room was large and clean. I found the bed a bit form but they added a mattress topper. Club amenities were lovely. I loved own private pool and lounge. The staff were amazing. They would drop everything and help and it felt genuine. Absolute lovely time.

It is a nice place to stay. We were in a king room with club access. My main issue was the room was very musty smelling. As we were only staying for one night to give it a try it was okay. However I could also hear the people above us which was annoying at night. The resort is beautiful and the beach clean for a tourist area. The staff lovely. I would come back for a night or two.

Very friendly and helpful staff who were all polite amd happy to help. Having such close proximity to the beach was amazing and the tranquility of the entire hotel and particularly the room was amazing. Cant stop raving about what a relaxing time I had. Absolutely, would stay there again.

The breakfast buffet was interesting as was the hotel in general. Was pleased with the room and most of the staff. Restaurant staff was not friendly though and service was slow.

Room are looking outdated and need deep cleaning to upkeep the property and it looks overdue for a paint as well. Unfortunately, there was a weeding over the weekend we visited so few amenities were close like the main pool, and a restaurant as well. However, breakfast buffet, and open restaurants to the public were great. Also, one of the nights the music of the weeding was too loud in our room, and when I addressed this concern with hotel staff, they changed my room to a quieter area. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this property as it’s not a good deal for the price and current status of the property.
