Everything was wonderful. The AC was working properly, the bathroom & room was clean, the staff were helpful and it is not far away from the train station.

Staff offered to ring us a taxi for our early flight. Fairly clean but hoping that they change their bathroom amenities (body wash and shampoo was in one). A bit outdated but all the basics are there. Bonus for the air conditioning.

Very convenient to train station and to walking to city center. Nice room, and friendly staff

The staff is helpful, the breakfast is fine. The room could have been cleaner.

The staff at the front desk was very hospitable and lead us to our rooms when checked in. This hotel is across the train station and in a quiet street.

Great location. Everything we needed for a quick stay through Florence on our way home. All team members were lovely. Tram to airport around the corner- cheap and fast!

Location was good. You can easily walk to the sights to see and experience. It is within 10 minutes walk from the train station. Toiletries were lacking. Basically they supply body soap. Bring your own toiletries. We did have a very pleasant 2day stay.
