We had a great trip - the family suite was amazing. Monsieur Francois was so kind and helpful. Loved the location - so close to the major attractions and to the metro station. Great neighborhood. Breakfast was tasty and always consistently good.

Staff was very welcoming and rooms were very clean. We stayed in the family suite which accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Air conditioning was very welcome during the heat wave! We did not purchase the breakfast option, but there was a coffee maker in the room and numerous cafes and coffee shops nearby. Conveniently located near metro stops and RER so easy to get around to Paris sites - Arc De Triomphe was walkable and top of Eiffel Tower was visible one street over.
One thing to note: our bathroom had a very high tub which may not be suitable for all travelers. Overall, would recommend!

good hotel, nice helpful staff. location is amazing, just next to Arc de Triomphe without the noise of Champs Elisee. lots of great restaurants around and even a laundromat.
