The room was clean but that is only positive. There was a kettle which is meaningless without cups, tea and coffee. Water pressure insufficient to flush toilet.Entry code for external door was inaccurate, it stated number but did not say I also needed to press key symbol first and last. I would not have got in without help from other guests. It would have been helpful to know Up shares building with 2 other hotels as this was cofusing
. Electricity in my room was turned off and I needed help from another guest. Room code incorrectly stated hash button instead of key symbol.

I only like the layout of the bed for family. The communication before we arrived was poor. The hotel said breakfast on the same floor and later said we had to go out to a shop daily to have breakfast, which was too sugary.
The shower was terrible because it was static forcing to wash hair daily. No drinking water in the hotel or fridge to put food and drinks in, plus I would have liked access to the microwave.

I have been solo travelling for 11 years, and I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. Absolutely disgusting and one of the worst hotels I have ever been to, and not to mention the staff. Very disturbed by the way the situation was handled by the "manager." Unfortunately, I can't attach images; I have screenshots and evidence. I would say 100% avoid this place unless you want unwanted contact or fingers up in your private parts. You read that correctly: one of the male managers, I don't know his name, will insert his two fingers inside, and he also knows the code number to your room. You will be shocked and scared. The manager called Carly does not care, and she would not even make a phone call to prove that it was her over the phone and not the other guy when I was scared.

It was ok. Ok location. Bathroom door need fixing and toilet seat was broken. Brought it to the attention to the staff on departure. The staff was great about letting us store our luggage while we went in a tour. Breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.

First of all I have problem with the check in. The bathroom was not clean at all. The bed do not have conforter. After paying a night with breakfast included the enploy request more money. Absolutly I dont recomend this hotel. I have been used expedia for 10 years and this is the worst experience that I had.

Staff are friendly, but unfortunately the hotel is abysmal. The lift was something out of the fifties. The sink in the bathroom had an automatic plug which was always in down position so you could not have running water. Reception was only open from 12 o'clock +. So if you wanted anything, tough.
