There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. We assumed they had those, so we didn’t bring any and just bought some here. For the daily trash collection, it takes them a long time—we even end up going down to ask for toiletries ourselves. Their breakfast options are either sardines or corned beef, and they don’t fry them. Poor customer service and cleanliness. 😔

After arriving we were told that due to renovations we had been rebooked to My Stay Hotel beside SM Mall. This ended up being a blessing as we were happy with the convenience of the location for shopping and dining. There was parking out front of the hotel supervised at night by a security guard. The room was very clean and we were very happy with it. The breakfast included made it a wonderful stay for the price. I would recommend.

Only supply soap and shampoo for one person but rent room to three. It's little things like that which seperate an okay hotel from a great hotel.
