The staff of this hotel are some of the best in the business. We appreciated their genuine, courteous, and hardworking efforts to give us a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding. The spaciousness of the suite was a delight after staying in smaller hotel rooms in other parts of Japan. However, there was black mold (unfixed water damage) and dirtiness in the bathroom of our suite that made us quite uncomfortable. Additionally, we had chosen this hotel specifically for the purpose of enjoying the tennis courts and other fitness facilities, which were each in disrepair and significantly neglected. The neglect of the outside property was so significant that it made it impossible to use them. This was very disappointing to us. We wished that we had therefore stayed elsewhere.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. The rooms were spacious. The amenities such as tennis courts were in poor shape and the golf course was closed.

Every thing was ok

We had the pleasure of staying at the Fuji Premium Resort for 10 nights. The room was very spacious and in a quiet part of the Kawaguchiko area. The hotel provided regular shuttle service to and from key points in town so we did not miss having a car rental. The buffet breakfast was very good with numerous options. The best part of this hotel though is the friendly and super helpful staff. We hope to return sooner than later 😁

Very gigantic room with the perfect given price

Beautiful location. Some good amenities. But the property needs some up keep. The room and facilities need to be updated. The staff were accommodating. The transportation arrangements were available,

Great location, great staff, easy access to plenty of local restaurant selected with the great help of the staff; just need a bit of refreshment of the room furniture and room but not critical.

Don’t stay here! They should be taken off Hotels.com! So dirty and gross, and over priced. Bugs everywhere… beds uncomfortable, pillow flat. I say pillow cuz that is all there was. Lamp shades literally stained dirty. Couch dirty. The worst hotel! Run the other direction! Do not rent a room here!

Even though it snowed the staff was helpful in finding entertainment and things for me to do... amazing and beautiful place. Can't wait to return

The hotel is definitely old and in need of Reno’s. We stayed in one of the side buildings, which was incredibly dusty, we ended up sleeping with masks and vick vapour rub every night. Waking up with sore throats and the worst congestion. The beds are horrible, very hard, can feel the springs stabbing you in the back, I woke up the first night at 4am with a horrible migraine from the springs in my back and ended up sleeping on a two seater couch for the remainder of my stay. Asked for an extra pillow, was declined. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good selection and staff was nice to us.
