Good location

They were extremely helpful, and the service was excellent. The location is also very good; I definitely recommend it to anyone wishing to stay with a pet. A great location! Thanks a lot for the staff who tell names and some of not 🙏 appreciated for them miss Anna , Mr onur and the employees who are working at the entrance mucho gracias amigos 🙏🙏

Well maintained with highly polite, nice, knowledgeable and friendly personnel. Great alternative to St. Regis hotel if you are in the area.

Absolutely fantastic staff from the minute you step out of the Taxi. I don a wonderful experience. This was my 3rd stay at this location. Beautiful room, incredibly clean and all the staff I encountered spoke English.

In general, we had a decent stay, though the service did not live up to five-star expectations. We reported a problem with our room upon arrival, but it was never addressed. While parts of the hotel are undeniably elegant and consistent with a luxury standard, the overall guest experience—particularly in terms of service and certain facilities—felt more comparable to a four-star property. The hotel’s location in the Nişantaşı district is lovely and was certainly one of the most enjoyable aspects of our visit

Very good service

One of the best hotels in the heart of Istanbul especially for female solo travelers
