The complementary breakfast was great. Room was a little small but nice to have one at the end of the hallway for privacy. Having a laundry amenities was also nice to have and definitely was used.

Kind staff and really enjoy being neat costco and lalaport.

We choose here as a lady minute place but

Great location and near the train station. Staff is helpful and kind. I would recommend staying again on this hotel.

The hotel is very new and extremely clean. While typical of Japanese room sizes (smallish), they were impeccably clean, well appointed with daily towel replacement and free breakfast. From a tourist perspective, it's a little out of the way from downtown Osaka and only one of the express train lines reaches the nearby station (which is thankfully close and near lots of amenities). The local train line takes forever to get here. Additionally it's by a highway so could be loud if on lower floors. Price was perfect and got amazing rest here.

Lovely hotel located near train stations. Easy access to airport and shopping mall.

Full of dust on desk

There is no enough parking space in the hotel. I need to search for parking as the surrounding area paid parking places were all full. Hotel should tie up with parking facilities and provide the customers with parking coupon.

Staff was nice, they even found a bag I dropped in the lobby. Breakfast buffet was better than your average inn. Rooms were clean. Area is nice and the price was great.
