We spent four nights and not once was our room cleaned. When we checked in we mentioned we’d like housekeeping to clean. Everyday after returning to our room we found it not touched. We just requested towels and asked the housekeeping staff cleaning another room to dump our trash. Very disappointing.

$25.00 for parking per day, is wrong after what they charge for the room, parking should be include The buffet is $99 a person way overpriced. I can see why Las Vegas is losing so much money because of the ridiculous prices. It’s too bad we used to really enjoy staying there but maybe not anymore.

It was an alright stay. I just didn’t like seeing a very big cockroach in my bathroom. At least they gave us a kind of better room.

My room was not ready on arrival. But we had several people checking in for a conference that day as well. The room was not as clean as I would’ve liked it to be. There was an extra large size sticker stuck on one of the walls which was very noticeable to me, but must’ve been missed by the housekeeping staff. You have to buy the coffee for the coffee maker in the room. Which was an inconvenience and made it just easier to go to Starbucks. You have to buy the coffee for the coffee maker in the room. There is no mini fridge in the room. You have to request one with a fee however there is a very well stocked mini bar. .

Teribil mattress, n-o refrigerator in the room to use for our medication and all medical need .

Everything was great. The only problem we had was the uber driver left us out back and we had to carry our luggage from one end to the other end to get to the lobby. Luggage seems to be twice as heavy rolling it across carpet. We wish that there were bare floors instead of carpet. We were very surprised that "all" casino's are smoking. If you are not a smoker like us it really bothers your eyes, your clothes smell like cig. smoke, not to mention breathing in second hand smoke. Also in "all" the casino's you could smell marijuana.
