Property is being upgraded so hopefully will be better soon. Good location.

Staff are amazing, helpful and welcoming. Rooms are getting on in ages but are well maintained and clean. Parking convenient. Fair pricing and will return

.

Very old ,bed good ,generally clean False nails on the floor a put off Price considered and location good and fair

.

The room was very clean and the staff were lovely

We had to do some cleaning when we entered. The fridge was caked with a chalky residue which was also on the glasses inside it. We had to wipe down the shower cubicle..looked like water was just splashed inside it and not wiped down. Price was good.

This isn’t the cleanest place. It’s quite old. The air conditioner was so dirty it didn’t work.

The photos on Expedia etc are of the marina across the road, the great view. It looks shabby, not chic. Rooms badly need a freshen up with paint, new carpet & a bathroom update. The linen was good quality & bed was good. Good location is its selling point. Not really good value for what it is.

Basic but clean and convenient
