Fantastic location, clean, 112 room great large room great air-conditioning but no air-conditioning control so quite chilly in night would recommend for a wonderful stay on lisbon

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

One star for the location, and one star for the staff. The main issue was the terrible soundproofing. On my very first night, just as I was about to fall asleep, I could clearly hear the passionate duet performance from the couple next door. Unfortunately, that was not the lullaby I was hoping for. Secondly, the room on the first night was not very clean. The bedsheets and other linens had obvious stains that looked impossible to wash out, which made the stay rather uncomfortable.

Je laisse rarement des commentaires négatifs, mais cette fois-ci je me sens obligée de le faire. La chambre était extrêmement humide, avec une fenêtre donnant uniquement sur quatre murs, ce qui empêchait toute circulation d’air frais. L’odeur était désagréable et persistante. La cuisine, quant à elle, était très limitée : très peu d’ustensiles et difficilement utilisable pour préparer quoi que ce soit. Le seul point positif est l’emplacement central, mais avec l’efficacité des transports en commun dans la ville, ce n’est finalement pas un avantage déterminant. Une expérience décevante.

Room is clean, but too noise. Staff are nice. There’s no kitchen. Not sure the air conditioning. I feel a little warm.

The hotel was located in a great place, close to everything. The staff was friendly and gave good recommendations. The room was a bit small for a deluxe suite, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Location location location. Walking distance to train station and beach area. Also close to other monuments and castle. Dislike, mildew in restroom.

What we liked: - great location - friendly staff - equipped kitchen What could be better: - lack of power outlet in the room - no towel to dry our hands in the shared bathroom - old matress, we could feel all the springs Overall we still enjoyed and would recommend
