I was impressed by the little extra things, like fresh cookies for the guests at the front desk and to go breakfast bags made in case you didn't have time for breakfast. The breakfast buffet was more than expected. The waffle station had all types of toppings.Definately above the rest. Malak was an amazing host. Friendly and helpful with my needs. The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The only small complaint I had, was on a rainy day, the TV kept freezing due to the storm. Other than that, it was a perfect, very comfortable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Houston-Brookhollow, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in quite some time. From the moment I arrived, everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business, a family trip, or just passing through the Houston area, this hotel checks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. First and foremost, the staff truly made this stay exceptional. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff, every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was greeted with a warm smile and helpful information about the property. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here, and it really shows. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. That level of hospitality makes a huge difference and sets this location apart from many others. The suite I stayed in was another highlight of my visit. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. There was plenty of room to relax, work, and unwind without ever feeling cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after long days. The living area offered additional seating and space, which made it feel more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. Everything was well-maintained.

Malak and staff were wonderful and I would like in the near future, hopefully soon book a room again! The location was very clean and secure.

The staff was outstanding! Malak made the checkout very easy! The room was clean. The only thing I could suggest is a longer shower curtain. The one in my room was really too short to let the water run into the tub. But it was a great stay, and I’ll definitely look at choosing Hampton Inn for future stays.

The A/C worked great. I think it was on a timer. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Though I only ate the boiled eggs and sausage links. I had one of these triangles, poppyseed things that tasted great.
