汉斯酒店 (The Hans Hotel New Delhi)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

This is the worst property rated 4 star in the capital city of India.

Amazing breakfast.

Staff amazing, hotel room was super clean and spacious!

I was supposed to have been booked for an all inclusive rate for 3 nights . Turned out that hotels.com submitted the same rate as for room only. Had to pay extra for breakfast. Poor rating for Hotel.com for bait and switch.

Perfect location and perfect room.

Room spotless, staff very helpful. Recommended warmly.

Close to Connought place etc

The location is very good and in center of Delhi. The guards are very friendly and helpful. Seems some cheap owner bought the property and trying to save every penny. The floor needs work, the carpet in Hallway smells very bad, some cleaning staffs seems smoke in the room/hallway while cleaning. The management staff in the inhouse restaurant is not much much helpful, I had to argue with them just to use a microwave.

We spent half of our stay waiting for the air conditioning in our room to be fixed. We finally moved to another room after midnight on our second of three nights. We requested a refund of one night and were flatly denied. I would not recommend staying at this very tired hotel.

Very poor conditions in the rooms and other areas. Staff were very nice and friendly.
