Run down and dirty

The shower head kept falling down, I couldn’t even wash my hair. Taps were extremely sensitive to temperature. Cobwebs everywhere! All over the ceilings around the windows. No bathroom bench to put your toothbrush. Front blind broken and difficult to open in the morning. Avoid!

Walking into the room was an attack on the senses. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, thick cob webs on the kitchen window which didnt open worn out and sagging bed and sofa but worst of all was the the pungent stench of the carpet. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!.

I liked that we could get a room at 8.30 pm. Very tricky reception Chinese gentleman using translator app on phone. To communicate. On arrival at room kitchen floor area was wet. All plugs removed from sockets. No electricity blankets. Plus the sheets felt damp. Ended up sleeping on top of bed. They do need to lift the standard. But for 85 dollars- can’t expect much.

Average room. Smelt like cigarettes

Grim. There are better places in Lorne. Give this one a miss.

ROOMS WERE SHABBY AND WHOLE PLACE NEEDS A COMPLETE MAKEOVER

Beautiful spot overlooking the caravan park, it’s cheap so it’s expected they have not put much work into it over it’s time.. bit old few ants but comfortable bed and staff were pleasant! Would recommend for the cheaper budget!

I like that the units have kitchenettes. It’s close to the river, beach and supermarket.

Parking was ok. Bed was ok. Location was good. The facilities were very poor, not particularly clean and the reception stunk of cigarettes. The amenities consisted of a small plastic bowl, 2 spoons, one teaspoon and two knives and forks. No cooking utensils or sharp knife. No laundry facilities and despite putting our please clean our room sign out, we had nothing done and dirty towels still in the bathroom. Air conditioning didn't work. The place would have been ok in Vietnam or Cambodia but not acceptable for Australia
