Carpet was filthy but the rest of the room was okay. Nowhere to hang wet towels. Room was very hot with window limited opening due to safety chain.

I booked for one night I was meeting friends in Belfast and was staying by myself. When I returned to the hotel my friend needed to use the bathroom and charge his phone. 15 mins or so we left to get him a taxi. The night clerk seen him leave. I returned solo and he also seen that. I go to my room. Next thing the night clerk is banging on my door. Saying security. I open the door. He says he needs to check my room for people. I standing in a towel and he proceeds to enter the room. Again I’m standing in a towel… Felt unsafe. What policy does this place have that an employee comes to your door at 1am and demands to check your room. Being a female staying by yourself maybe avoid this place. Don’t stay here if you want your privacy invaded.

Good location. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi in room 311 - too slow to use. Previous stay Wi-Fi in room 201 was fine.

The hotel was fine. I stayed here to participate in a marathon, so it was more expensive than usual.

Simple basic hotel that was handy for a gig. A bit dated but all was clean and location was good.

My stay was unpleasant by the receptionist’s unacceptable behaviour. I was repeatedly questioned with personal questions regarding my accent. This was disrespectful, and made me feel unwelcome. No guest should be treated this way. I hope Travelodge addresses this matter seriously
