The room and bed were very comfortable! A quiet spot in a fab location in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was great, including the timings. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was slightly disappointed that the steam room wasn't working - as this was an amenity I was looking forward to using. Overall, a great place to stay though.

Nice balcony and very clean

I had a great stay at Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent — just a few steps away from the Old Town and within walking distance of many of Tbilisi’s top attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. A special mention to the Asado Steakhouse on the ground floor. It is simply amazing! I had one of the best steaks I've ever tasted there, and the overall dining experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

While the staff were lovely and hotel was clean and proper, the quality of mattress and pillows was far below average IKEA, which is not okay

it was all up to standards, but I would single out great location and excellent staff. Esmira went out of her way to help me out with my minor problem. Madloba!
