A nicely appointed room with beautiful views of the city and water. Fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed sitting outside to start the day. The spa amenities included in your stay are perfect for a little rejuvenation on your travels. We briefly enjoyed the sauna, steam room and pool, all with amazing views. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Everything was phenomenal the attention to detail helpful staff and also the receptionist Rita Was Super Amazing made my Sons 7th birthday Super Special. One he wont stop talking about.If your debating about staying at this property trust me you wont regret it pool was amazing there breakfast phenomenal everything including location was top notch they are even close to a beautiful aquarium and a cute cable car that takes you there will definitely stay again

Service at Myriad is amazing, next level. We were only there overnight before flying out. My wife used the SPA and loved it. Service amazing at every level.

This was our third visit and again this wonderful hotel not disappoint. This was part of a trip for our wedding anniversary and discovered we had been upgraded with treats in the room on our arrival. After a lovely check in where we were recognised from our previous visit, we were brought some champagne and sat at a bar in the lounge area to relax after the cab ride from the airport before being taken to our room to discover the upgrade and some lovely heart-shaped truffles. Breakfast in this hotel has so much choice, from fruits, meats & cheeses, a cooked breakfast and the bread/patisserie section, served with fresh squeezed juice and hot coffee. To date this remains the only hotel where I've been asked how hot I want my coffee served After a day out, we returned and had booked dinner in the River Lounge, where although its not cheap which you wouldn't expect for a 5 star hotel, the food was delicious and good value. An extra "Anniversary" dessert was served as a treat. The bar staff and drinks also exceed expectation with delicious cocktails, beers and snacks! There was some maintenance/refurbishment work ongoing on 2 floors of the hotel, but this was isolated and there was no noise disturbance. If you're celebrating, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel part of the Myriad family and we will be back again!
