We loved our stay here. Unfortunately I ended up getting Bali belly. But the staff was extremely helpful bringing recovery food like bananas and teas. The breakfast options here are also delicious. They are also so helpful in planning a day for you if you want to do nearby tours. We enjoyed this location because it was near everything as well in walking distance. We highly recommend staying here. They make you feel like family.

Not suitable for families. No phones in rooms. No smart tv ( kids cannot access tv in anyway ) Pool was dirty . Maintenance is poor. Construction ongoing in and around the villa. All you can hear is construction tools noise . No easy access /no ramps incase u r injured . Even the driver who came to pick us felt uneasy as the staff was pushing him for our entire day schedule. Charged me 1M for an upgrade and gave the worst room filled with cockroaches Overall disappointing

Great location and very helpful staff. They even noticed my wife's birthday date in her passport and brought her a cake! So sweet!

Value for money. We stayed for 5 nights. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is good just off the main road so it's not noisy but close to all the main features in Ubud. The staff are exceptional, their hospitality, friendliness and helpfulness are first class. The breakfast every morning was made to order and delicious 😋. I definitely recommend the Swahita.

The staff here are fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and a few days of my stay the construction noise across the way did wake me up quiet early. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at Swahita! Firstly the staff are fantastic, so polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom and large balcony. If I had to suggest an improvement then I would suggest better WiFi (it was slow and sometimes disconnects) and although there was nearby construction, it wasn’t too loud or early and there’s nothing they can do about that. We would happily stay here again!

Staff was amazing. Room was comfy. It was a very nice oasis.

Room was clean, staff were so so friendly, breakfast was next level and it was a shirt walk to the main street. The street was a little sketchy walking up from the main street but you get used to it. I would 100% stay there again with my kids.

I had a great stay here, the friendliest staff I have ever met; they were so attentive. Also as a solo traveller - it was awesome because the staff made me feel so safe and comfortable! Highly recommend. Side note - it’s nice that’s it’s tucked away from a busy road, but also very close walking distance to everything. 11/10

Really great location, and excellent service. The rooms are clean and breakfast is fair. Unfortunately I booked the hotel for the forest view which is now a large building site and it was not transparent on the website even though I booked last minute.
