There was fresh blood on the cushion on my bed. The bed appeared to have been lain upon. The blanket had not been laundered before being placed in the cupboard.
Apart from that I found staff to be helpful, kind & courteous.

Room was clean on arrival. Towel change every day except Sunday. Coffee and milk not always replenished and bed not made up. Safe threw up an error code the night before our 4am departure. Fortunately I’d decided to have our hand luggage ready. Had this occurred on the morning of our departure we’d have missed the pick up and probably the flight.
