The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Raymond has excellent rooms in a super convenient location. All the major old city destinations are a 5 minute walk away. The staff were the nicest people we met in the whole city. The breakfast was so good and well stocked every morning. The cats that live on this street are really friendly too :)

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It’s a small space, but given the excellent downtown location in a big city, that’s to be expected. Nice breakfast spread. Friendly staff. No complaints.

The room that we had was very tight and not spacious at all. The value was not great for what we paid (though other rooms might be more spacious). We came in April and the Air Conditioning unit was only heating, no cooling. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Close to everywhere you want see

First of all the location is great, it is so easy and convenient to go and see all the attractions. And the room is clean and the breakfast is great. The staff is great and very nice. The only one minor issue is the power outlet above the desk in the bedroom doesn’t have power, so we have to use the one at lower place on the wall and sometimes had to sit down on the floor. Hope the power outlet can be repaired.
