满意 Everything was great. But we got unlucky, we couldn't adjust our ac so we sweet all night. Also the cleaning staff aggressively tried to get in the room at 9am and woke us up. I thought it was very rude. In all my travels, this had never happened to me. Let's says it's not a good way to get woken up after 12 hours on the road.

很好 We’ve stayed here passing through for a night a couple times and would stay again. Beds were cozy, shower was surprisingly pleasant and spacious (no weirdly high or low pressure or getting pelted by a few streams of water!) and check-in was quick and efficient.
The room seemed clean for the most part, but some things (like sections of caulk in the bathroom that were black) need a little TLC. It seemed like some aspects of the hotel were updated but others were more worn out.
Breakfast was pretty mediocre on quality but there were several standard options. I swear Best Western breakfasts used to stand out in a good way, but haven’t encountered that in a while.

很好 The front desk was not familiar with One Key Cash as well as your advertised price online. For the cost of a $200+ room, housekeeping missed the dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door. The breakfast bar was mediocre to say the least. On the plus side, the beds were comfy and the window darkening shades were a plus. Not sure I’d stay again.

The breakfast featured the usual breakfast options such as scrambled eggs, cold cereal. I stayed at this hotel for only 1 night.

Found fake eyelashes in the pool. Pool filter system was not working. The bathroom door was falling apart and the security lock to the room was broken.
