Exceptional service Rooms perfect every day Breakfast was good and replenished continuously Will definitely stay again

Loved the original wooden carvings. Location is excellent for getting around with Metro and Train stations nearby.

First there was no AC, it is sweating like anything inside the room. Staff were very racist as we are from India and they were not helpful for anything. They were like why these third world countries visiting our country. A lot of breakfast options but the food was terrible especially juice were bitter and the milk smelled very bad. Only the hotel was good location. The telecom was not working. Spend your money in a better hotel. Only the lady receptionist who checked us out were very kind and talking good.

Good breakfast, nice stad. Clean rooms and good location, near Termini. 🤗

Excellent breakfast

Bien positionné pour les transports en commun et les attraits touristiques à proximité.

Great breakfast, spacious room

Hotel is classic, it’s aged but decent. I was surprised with how good it is: friendly and professional staff, very clean room, very good breakfast, spacious room. It give me a new impression of an old hotel. It’s way better than most of the modern hotel I stayed before.

Excellent ! Good service and perfect location close to Roma termini

I love the "old world" charm of this hotel. It is also perfectly located close to the Rome Central Train Station. i have stayed here previously and enjoyed the same great service again this time.
