What a great stay! First was the staff, so welcoming and took care of every request including extra pillows and towels. Good size room, only drawback no drawers, just two shelves. Bathroom had great water pressure with hot water and AC worked great. Room was quiet. The location is super convenient with access to central train station and all of the subway lines. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, it was a great spot to settle in Milan for three nights.

Super convenient location for the Milan Centrale train station but also have a lot of good restaurants around the hotel was clean and very comfortable.

Very good and well maintained property Across the street from main train station makes it easier to catch trains to main travel destinations

We had a great stay!!!!!!!

Ok

Really well-located hotel with lovely, friendly staff. Quite basic in terms of hotel facilities and the breakfast offering, and although well intentioned, sometimes things we requested were forgotten about due to the business of reception at times. However, I would stay there again if required as it was perfectly located for both travel and things to do and eat.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. It was clean and had room for all 4 of us to open luggage’s and the washroom was also very spacious. The staff here are very friendly and helpful as well, really great experience!

Great stay! Super close to transportation!

Excellent condition will stay again

The rooms are clean, spacious and decorated well! The staff were the friendliest out of all the many hotels we stayed in over 5 weeks particularly Hassim who went out of his way to make our stay special. The front lobby could use a bit of an upgrade but overall I highly recommend this place. Close to train station and lots of restaurant choices!
