Great reception and housekeeping staff who were friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable and the room was what I needed for the night. Nice location too.

The breakfast and coffee were wonderful! We had to catch an early bus and the staff made a to go breakfast bag for each of us including a bottle of water. The staff was friendly— the room was very clean and inviting and it was quiet in the evenings. We loved being close to the central metro station as well. Would recommend!

The hotel was a bit tired and not quite up to star rating. The redeeming feature was friendly, polite and helpful staff. The room was a bit noisy, looking out into Aircon units. We tried to move but there were no options available. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but clean.
