I recently visited the Executive Lounge at the Hilton Hotel in Pampanga and was disappointed with several aspects of the experience. First, the level of hospitality and attentiveness from the staff did not meet the standards one would expect from a premium executive lounge. Guests should feel welcomed and valued, but unfortunately that was not my experience. Second, the food selection was heavily focused on low-cost items, and the overall quality was poor. For an executive lounge that is intended to serve business-class and premium guests, the food offerings should be of a much higher standard. Additionally, the lounge provides extremely small plates, similar in size to bread-and-butter plates or saucer plates. As a result, guests must make multiple trips back and forth to obtain a reasonable meal. This creates inconvenience and gives the impression that the lounge is intentionally limiting food consumption rather than focusing on guest comfort and satisfaction. Overall, the experience fell significantly below the expectations associated with the Hilton brand and an executive lounge environment. I hope management will review these concerns and take the necessary steps to improve both service quality and the guest experience
