Room was clean and spacious. Owners were very welcoming. Restaurants nearby. We walked to the vatican area ( 20-25 minutes). Some street noise but all in all a great location.

Room was very clean. The staff was very helpful, went to the hotel earlier than scheduled to meet us for check-in. Even arranged to keep our luggage after check out time so we can attend the Papal audience.

This property was in the perfect location for me. My favorite bar and gelateria were just down the street.😃 The metro stations were close by and there was easy access to the buses. The staff were wonderful! They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Check-in was easy. I had a wonderful stay! I will definitely book this property the next time I am in Rome.

Clean room and friendly host. Close to Vatican. Came to visit Vatican. It worked out very well. For Vatican visit this is a nice place to stay. There is no sign outside. It is on 1st floor (one set of stairs up).

Pietro at reception was helpful and kind . I arrived late on my check in and he waited for me . Walking distance to the Vatican and metro stations which I like the most .

The room was comfortable for a few nights. The location was convenient, especially to bus stops and shopping around Vatican City.

its a small hotel , I think it has only 5 rooms. its located in the great location close to the Vatican and public transportation. Close to an awesome fruit/meat market. Clean room, friendly host Very happy with this hotel.

Room was clean with very strong air con. The owner Pietro was very kind and helpful, will definitely recommend.
