Special thanks to Lava’s manager, the white lady… she’s very sweet and kind. That’s the type of person who can make you feel special about yourself. She’s very welcoming and polite, I wish her the best of health with her baby to be. I will definitely stay at Lava Hotel again.

Great service and clean room

Always love staying in the Lava hotel excellent customer service and very clean stayed here year and will most likely stay here again.

First visit here to Lava Hotel... and felt somewhat let down... I think maybe some customer service retraining might be needed for your front desk staff... the room was okay.. nothing too flash but it served its purpose.. the TV reception was bad always glitching and the chromecast didnt work.. thankful for the included breakfast but there wasn't that much variety.. Would I stay here again??? Maybe but only for its close proximity to the city centre and the local Savalalo Markets...

It was paradise! Amazingly helpful and kind staff- great rooms and comfy beds. Just the best stay- loved everything about it!!

Wonderful staff, extra friendly and helpful, very clean rooms, just overall amazing experience for my daughter and I. The lunch and dinner menu was average though - it just lacked flavour however the staff exceeded and fixed those issues. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Have shared with family our experience and my daughter has really enjoyed our 5 nights there (6 days). Special mention to Curtis, Upu and the lovely ladies who worked during the day (sorry couldn’t get their names), Erika for the services provided - even with an extended night, they accepted my request to stay in the same room. Also they organised taxis several times a day for work conferences, airport pickups, and for shopping in town. All staff were awesome - and the cleaning staff - faafetai for your tautua! Have recommended to family and friends and will def be back next trip to Samoa! Faafetai lava 😍

Very friendly and helpful staff, love the poke - best.

The room service was top tier as well as the customer service was top notch. The only thing I would recommend, is being able to adjust the temperature on the aircon to be a bit lower than 22 Celsius As unfortunately it wasn’t cold enough in the hotel room. Another factor I would recommend fixing, would be the glitching on the Channels on the TV
