Hace falta más transporte para llevar los huésped a sus habitaciones ya que hay que caminar mucho de los bufet hacia las habitaciones.

The room was clean every day, perfect enclosed restaurants food, of course, you have to make the appointments. We took three days Xtra. The beach with the sargassum, which I think is a natural thing that no hotel can do anything about. Overall, good vacation.

Food was great, the servers at the buffet and cleaning crew were amazing.
What was not good is that specialty dining was not available for 2 out of 3 nights for us, but for other people it was. So, don't pay for Platinum, because that is not a guarantee.
